As Technical Consultant you are the connection between our customers (Telco Providers, Digital Content Providers, E-Commerce Service Provider) and our digital entertainment platform product teams. You support on a technical level our Account Management in order to find a state-of-the-art customer solution, not only during the planning phase, but also actively during the building phase to assure a smooth implementation.

- Together with our Support- and Product Team you lead, support and coordinate to and from our customers.
- Act not only as an advisor in the planning phase of projects but also still be heavily involved in the building phase, monitoring the progress and supporting the customer with explaining challenges and solutions within each building stage. Therefore, a constant knowledge transfer with our product team is essential to stay always up to date and to be our technical expert.
- You design and build a fast and reliable Network API (REST, Cloud Infrastructure, Telco Infrastructure, distributed systems) which remains flexible for our customer’s needs.
- Acting as a service provider for our customers to keep them constantly involved, but also keeping an overview of which projects are currently being worked on and identify similar patterns to simplify processes.
- Advising the Management Team by visualising customer needs as well as ways of how to collate projects to meet both customer’ needs as well as technical development requirements.



The ideal candidate is a professional Pre-Sales Consultant, technical project manager or Technical Consultant in the B2B business, ideally with more than five years of experience in this field. You see not only the technical, but also the economical connection within IT projects and are able to communicate to both commercial as well as a technical skilled audience.

- You have a master or bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar.
- Ability to use technologies like Node.JS, Java or HTML5. You know how to design and use a REST API and can build distributed web systems.
- Experience in transcoding, streaming and delivering any type of multimedia files is a strong plus to be able to visualise ideas to customers. You know how and when you will use common Cloud Technology stacks, Azure is a strong plus.
- You constantly like to learn new skills by following trends and technologies within your field area and enjoy being involved in multiple areas of the business.
- Not only a technical understanding of the different steps within a project, but also being able to explain technical topics to stakeholders with less technical knowledge
- Ability to reflect technical possibilities, business needs as well as customer requirements and to decide independently on project pipeline and next steps.
- Experience as a Product Owner, ideally within online or mobile business, enables you to prioritise projects as well as coordinate customer needs and technical requirements, while always keeping timelines as well as economic consequences in mind
- Very good English language skills are mandatory as you will be collaborating with more than one international team across the world
- Ability to travel from time to time to visit customers & project teams onsite.
